A very 2020 sentiment…

it’s amazing that even in this time of uncertainty, even through the ups and downs and scares of pandemics and injustices, God is in this wilderness of life. 

He saw every ounce of you and every terrible thing that would happen in the world before creating it. and yet He knew, He just HAD to create the world & save it just so He could be with you. 

so that you would experience this life, it’s joys, and grow with Him in love and mercy unfathomable until you can come home and be crowned in heavenly love. 

His love is real and boundless and He’s sprung universes from nothingness, just so you could feel His love in this life. 

so today, let’s be joyful. let’s look at every little moment and see His reflection. 

creation is beaming with the Father’s glory, but it is also beaming because IT IS FOR 

Y O U. 

do not let the evils, sickness, and sadness of this world cloud the little blessings He is pouring out for you. 

And if your journey is not shaping up the way you had planned… remember, you were never the captain of this boat anyway. So, LGALG…. Let Go And Let God.

find joy in today somewhere and pour that joy back into those around you. 

maybe in the form of more quarantine baking 🤷🏻‍♀️

btw, in case you were wondering- 

yes, He saw that quarantine baking phase and yes, He laughed with you when you realized mid bite-into-cake that you really did forget to add the sugar (even though you could have sworn you poured it in). then He reminded you there was backup brownie mix in the cabinet so you could pick up and start again. 😉
